Part-Time Computer Support Specialist in Porto, Portugal

We are in search of a skilled and reliable Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, resolving any hardware or software issues they may encounter. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance on computers and network systems
- Provide remote or on-site technical support to clients
- Train clients on how to use various computer programs and applications
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
- Knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Mac OS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1100$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Porto, Portugal (local candidates preferred)

Type: Part-time (flexible hours)
