IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with computer systems, hardware, and software
- Install and configure computer equipment and software for clients
- Provide guidance and training to clients on proper use of technology
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Stay up-to-date with latest technology trends and advancements
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with network fundamentals such as TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Porto, Portugal

This is a contract position that includes accommodation. A valid biometric passport is required for employment.
