Job Title: Full-Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end aspects of web applications for our company. You will work closely with our design and product teams to ensure efficient and user-friendly interfaces. Your role will require strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development, as well as proficiency in server-side languages such as Java or Python for back-end development. You should also have experience with database management and integration. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications
- Implement data security measures to protect user information
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing applications
- Perform regular maintenance of applications to ensure optimal performance
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, server-side languages (Java/Python), database management
and integration
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
