Remote Python Developer (Porto, Portugal)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Python Developer to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 USD per month and includes accommodation.

As a Remote Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's web applications using Python programming language. You will work closely with our development team to design, code, test, and debug software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications using Python
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Ensuring the scalability and performance of web applications
- Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Python Developer
- Proficient in Python programming language and its frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
- Familiarity with database design principles and SQL databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working on large-scale projects using Python
- Knowledge of front-end development frameworks such as React or AngularJS
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
