Part-Time Android Developer
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time Android Developer to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Android applications. The ideal candidate should have experience with Java, Kotlin, and the Android SDK. Knowledge of other mobile development platforms such as iOS is a plus. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours and the option to work remotely. Salary: 1300$ (based on full-time rate)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Android development
- Strong understanding of Java, Kotlin, and the Android SDK
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Maintain existing codebase, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
- Continuously research new technologies and stay updated with industry trends
- Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews
