Job Title: Information Security Analyst
As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company's information. You will work closely with our IT team to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your main duties will include conducting regular security audits, monitoring network activity for any suspicious behavior, and implementing security protocols and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for educating employees about security best practices and providing training on how to use our company's security systems effectively.
To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of information security principles and practices. You should also have experience in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response. Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential in order to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Excellent communication skills are also necessary as you will be required to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles and practices
- Experience with risk assessment, vulnerability management, or incident response
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
Location: Porto, Portugal
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
