We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Database Administrator to join our fast-paced team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases to ensure they are secure, efficient, and reliable.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new databases
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing backup and recovery plans
- Generate reports on database usage and performance for management review
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize database design and functionality
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in database technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of database management systems (DBMS)
- Knowledge of SQL programming language
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Porto, Portugal. Candidates must already be living in or willing to relocate to Porto.

Experience:
This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. However, candidates with some experience in database administration will be given preference.
