Job Title: Web Designer



We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our growing team in Porto. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and specifications. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and developers to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing visually appealing websites that meet the clients' needs and specifications
- Collaborating with project managers and developers to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Conducting research on current design trends and techniques to continuously improve our websites
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for client approval
- Ensuring all designs are responsive and optimized for different devices
- Incorporating SEO best practices into website designs
- Communicating with clients to understand their vision and incorporating their feedback into designs
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout all website designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Experience with UX/UI design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience working in an agency setting or with multiple clients at once
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they impact website design
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal
