Online Consultant for E-Commerce Platform in Porto, Portugal

As an Online Consultant for our E-Commerce Platform in Porto, Portugal, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as a deep understanding of our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries or issues with their online orders, and it will be your responsibility to ensure their satisfaction and provide timely resolutions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1700 and no experience is required. However, candidates must have their own visa to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address any questions or concerns regarding their online orders
- Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with navigating the online platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams if necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other teams such as logistics and marketing to improve the overall customer experience on the platform
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new features to better assist customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa to work in Portugal

Working conditions:
This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm. Our company does not provide accommodation for this role.
