As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through online platforms. Your main duties will include responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing product or service recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of communication with clients and monitoring customer satisfaction levels.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of online platforms and be comfortable using various communication tools such as chat, email, and social media. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.

This is an entry-level position with a salary of 1200$ per month. As a non-native speaker or someone without experience, we understand that relocating to a new city can be challenging. Therefore, we offer accommodation assistance to help ease your transition.

Requirements:
