We are in need of an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients through online platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by offering solutions and advice related to our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online chat, email or phone, and address their inquiries and concerns promptly
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions that meet their requirements
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Keep records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide relevant information to clients

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Experience working with online platforms for communication (chat, email, phone)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Salary:
As an Online Consultant, you will receive a competitive salary of 900$ per month.

This is a contract job located in Porto, Portugal. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
