We are a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Porto, Portugal seeking an Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for e-commerce.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels such as email, live chat, and phone.
- Providing product recommendations and assisting with the online shopping experience.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to the website or orders.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
