We are hiring a Moderator to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining a positive and engaging online community for our company. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various online platforms
- Engage with users and respond to inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely manner
- Ensure that all content meets company guidelines and policies
- Identify and address any potential issues or conflicts within the online community
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for community management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- Fluent in both written and spoken English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective communities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in community management is preferred but not required
