We are hiring a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing concrete structures, such as building foundations, walls, floors, sidewalks, and roads. You will use various tools and techniques to pour, level, and finish concrete according to blueprints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by setting up equipment and materials
- Measure and mark designated areas for concrete placement
- Mix concrete according to specifications and pour into designated areas
- Use hand or power tools to smooth and finish surfaces
- Monitor curing process of concrete and make adjustments as needed
- Repair damaged concrete structures using patching materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in construction or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing ratios and finishing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Team player with good communication skills
