Skilled Metal Worker



We are seeking a skilled Metal Worker to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal products using various tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or specifications to understand project requirements
- Operate machinery such as saws, drills, and grinders to cut, shape, and smooth metal pieces
- Weld or solder metal parts together according to project specifications
- Use hand tools such as hammers and chisels to shape metal pieces
- Inspect finished product for quality and accuracy
- Repair damaged metal structures or equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in metalworking or a related field
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in operating various tools and machinery used in metalworking
- Strong understanding of different types of metals and their properties
- Knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in different positions for extended periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This is a contract job located in Porto, Portugal. The candidate must be willing to work without accommodation.
