Job Title: Entry-Level Equipment Operator

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Equipment Operator in Porto. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of equipment such as forklifts, excavators, and bulldozers to move materials and perform tasks on job sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience to gain valuable skills and start a career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to company policies and procedures
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to supervisor
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisor
- Load and unload materials using equipment
- Ensure work area is clean and organized at all times
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to operate various types of equipment (training will be provided)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction industry is a plus
- Own visa or ability to obtain one is preferred (for non-EU nationals)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This position is located in Porto, Portugal.
