We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders according to project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure its proper functioning
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment before each use
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating machinery
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid certification or license to operate heavy machinery
- Knowledge of different types of heavy equipment and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating specific types of heavy equipment relevant to our projects (e.g. excavators for digging trenches)
- Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
