Glazier Technician



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Glazier Technician to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for installing glass and related materials in various structures, such as windows, doors, and storefronts. As a Glazier Technician, you must have hands-on experience with cutting, fitting, and installing glass as well as knowledge of different types of glass and their properties.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass according to specifications
- Install glass in frames or structures using various methods such as glazing compounds or adhesives
- Read and interpret blueprints or diagrams
- Remove old or broken glass and replace with new pieces
- Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing of installed glass
- Use tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and cutters to shape glass
- Follow safety procedures when working with glass materials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Glazier
- Experience with measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing various types of glass
- Knowledge of different types of glass and their properties
- Familiarity with reading blueprints or diagrams
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
$1500 per month
