Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will use your technical expertise to assist in the design and construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate and feasible within budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your knowledge of construction techniques to create detailed design plans for buildings and structures
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs meet all requirements and regulations
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of designs
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure they are following the design plans accurately
- Respond to any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
Salary: $1300/month.
This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Porto. This is an urgent job opening so immediate availability is preferred.

Note: Portuguese nationality or prior experience working in Portugal is a plus but not a strict requirement. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who meet the above requirements.
