Job Title: Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects in Jeddah. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your main responsibilities will include creating project schedules, managing budgets, and coordinating the work of various teams. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent project management skills. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a similar role is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project budgets and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget
- Coordinate the work of architects, engineers, contractors, and other teams involved in the project
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Communicate with stakeholders about project progress and any potential issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on site
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality work is being delivered
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
