Junior Architectural Designer in Porto, Portugal

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of architectural designs and plans for new construction projects
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with all requirements
- Participate in meetings with clients and team members to discuss project progress and ideas

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an architectural designer or intern
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Biometric passport for international travel
