Job Title: Part-Time Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Porto. As a Part-Time Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects, while working closely with our senior designers and project managers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with project team members to develop design solutions that meet client requirements
- Conduct site visits and assist in conducting surveys and measurements
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in design plans
- Prepare presentations for clients, including drawings, models, and visualizations
- Assist with project documentation and coordination with contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (in progress or completed)
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to generate innovative design ideas
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work part-time hours (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be considered an asset:
- Previous experience or internships in architectural design
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Fluency in Portuguese
