Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the construction of industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and production plants. Your expertise in both architectural design and industrial processes will be essential in creating functional and efficient spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals for industrial projects, taking into consideration the needs and requirements of clients
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Work closely with engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all necessary codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project deadlines are met within budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new building materials to incorporate into designs when appropriate

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and equipment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws

Location: Porto (Portugal)

Salary: $1300 per month

This is a full-time position. Candidates who do not currently have a visa allowing them to work in Portugal must obtain their own visa. Freshers are welcome to apply.
