We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, as well as managing a team of architects and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project development process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
