We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in St-Petersburg, Russia. The ideal candidate should be a Pakistani national with experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of project management principles. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will also be responsible for managing team members and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timeline and budget
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
- Hire and manage team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Pakistani national with experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements in St-Petersburg
