Construction Project Manager
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia



We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in St. Petersburg, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and make cost-effective decisions to maximize profitability
- Hire, train, and supervise construction staff
- Develop relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Effective communication skills in English
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- Experience managing construction projects in St. Petersburg or Russia
- Knowledge of Russian language

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
