We are in search of a talented and driven Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and development of new architectural projects from conception to completion. Your creativity and technical expertise will play a critical role in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process for new architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction documents
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and project requirements
- Develop innovative design solutions that address functional, aesthetic, and sustainability goals
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software or traditional hand-drawing techniques
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and technical details

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
