Fitter (Porto)


We are in need of a skilled Fitter to join our team in Porto. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery and equipment according to technical specifications. This role requires excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble machinery and equipment based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Install machinery and equipment at client sites.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment, identifying and resolving any problems.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each project.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role.
- Strong understanding of technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Good physical stamina, as this role may involve lifting heavy objects or working in confined spaces.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1100 per month. Our company offers competitive compensation packages based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Porto. The ideal candidate should be already based in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense. Accommodations are not provided.
