Office Assistant - Visa Sponsorship Available

We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Ufa. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining office operations by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Russian or other languages is a plus. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who are Canadian or Filipino nationals.
