We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives for industrial buildings
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed plans and blueprints using specialized software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process and make necessary adjustments or changes as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following design plans accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

This job is located in Kaunas, Lithuania. While we welcome candidates from all nationalities, proficiency in English is required for this role.
