Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and create functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and budget for industrial building projects
- Research and analyze site conditions, zoning regulations, and building codes to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in designing industrial buildings
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Kaunas. However, candidates from other cities in Lithuania are also welcome to apply.

Nationality:
We are open to candidates of all nationalities who meet the job requirements. However, we prefer candidates who are Nepali or have experience working in Nepal.

Language Requirements:
This position does not require English proficiency.

Accommodation:
This job does not provide accommodation. Candidates should be able to arrange their own housing in Kaunas.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have a valid visa that allows them to work in Lithuania. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
