As an Entry-Level Nurse in our hospital in Porto, Portugal, you will provide compassionate and skilled care to patients under the supervision of experienced nurses and physicians. Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient admissions, assessments, and vitals monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by medical staff
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or physician
- Provide patient education on healthy habits and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure quality care for patients

Requirements:
- Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license from your home country (for visa sponsorship)
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
