Entry-Level Florist

As an Entry-Level Florist, you will assist in creating and arranging floral designs for various occasions including weddings, funerals, and special events. You will work closely with the lead florist to learn basic techniques and develop your skills in floral design.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead florist in creating and arranging floral designs
- Help prepare flowers by cutting stems, removing thorns, and cleaning leaves
- Assist with packaging and arranging deliveries
- Learn basic techniques for different types of arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, and boutonnieres
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision for their event or occasion

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and interest in floral design
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn from experienced florists
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1500 per month (depending on experience)
