Cashier at a Busy Retail Store in Porto


We are currently hiring a friendly and efficient Cashier for our busy retail store in Porto. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. This position is suitable for men with a biometric passport and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Ensure all products are accurately scanned and priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any discrepancies.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy.
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Fluency in Portuguese (English proficiency is a plus).
- Must have a valid biometric passport.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible shifts. The store operates from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week. The salary for this position is $1400 per month without accommodation.
