Floral Designer


A boutique floral shop in the vibrant city of Porto is seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create unique and customized floral designs based on client requests
- Source high-quality flowers and materials within budget
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative pieces
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general shop duties such as restocking inventory and managing supplies
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in floral design
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm ideas for new products or services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role required
- Proficient knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and long hours if needed

Salary: $1800 per month
Location: Porto, Portugal
