Contract Florist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Contract Florist to join our team in Porto. As a Contract Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, but we do offer a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create floral arrangements for weddings, funerals, corporate events, and other occasions
- Source and select the freshest and highest quality flowers from local suppliers
- Design and arrange bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, boutonnieres, and other floral pieces
- Ensure timely delivery of arrangements to event venues or clients’ homes
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or special requests from clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- In-depth understanding of color schemes, design principles, and trends in floral arrangement
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients and team members
- Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
- Ability to lift heavy objects (e.g. buckets of water or large flower arrangements)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays depending on event schedules

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per month.
