Facade Technician
Location: Akron, USA (Preference for Indian or Nepali candidates)
Salary: $1400 per month (without accommodation)


We are hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Akron. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing exterior building facades. This is a physically demanding job that requires working at heights and using various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior building facades including windows, doors, cladding, and other materials
- Perform routine maintenance on existing facades to ensure their functionality and appearance
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with facades such as leaks or damage
- Use various tools and equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working at heights

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in facade installation or maintenance preferred
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
