We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members to ensure efficient and high-quality service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have a valid visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship
