Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring that it runs smoothly. Your main duties will include managing the staff, overseeing inventory and ordering supplies, implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures, and ensuring excellent customer service.
To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. You must also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and oversee staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for employees
- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Work closely with other managers to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. We are willing to provide accommodation for our employees if needed. We also offer free visa processing and a ticket to Porto.
