We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at a charming coffee shop in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring and grinding coffee beans, monitoring brewing temperatures and times, and maintaining clean equipment
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers while handling cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by regularly restocking supplies, cleaning work areas, and washing dishes
- Assist with food preparation when needed, such as making sandwiches or pastries
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of both customers and employees

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a coffee shop or similar setting preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally able to work in Porto without accommodation

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
