Junior Electrician

We are searching for a skilled and motivated Junior Electrician to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Junior Electrician, you will work under the supervision of a licensed electrician to assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with installing new electrical systems in buildings according to wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Inspect and troubleshoot existing electrical systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Replace or repair faulty components such as wiring, switches, and outlets
- Follow safety protocols and regulations when working with electricity
- Keep track of materials and tools used for each project
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete tasks within given deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles, codes, and safety procedures
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints accurately
- Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces if needed
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Must be comfortable working without accommodation provided
- No prior experience required - on-the-job training will be provided

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.
