We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Junior Sales Associate in Porto. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required; freshers are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in Portuguese; fluency in English is a plus

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
