Sales Representative - Porto, Portugal

We are a growing company in the retail industry seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proven sales experience.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to potential and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and products
- Fluency in Portuguese; fluency in English is a plus
- Valid work permit for Portugal or ability to obtain one
