Radio Technician

A reputable radio station in Porto is seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all radio equipment and broadcasting systems. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with radio equipment and broadcasting systems
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Install new equipment and make necessary upgrades as needed
- Keep accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
- Monitor broadcast signals to ensure quality and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technology in the field of radio broadcasting

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of electronic principles, circuitry, and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with broadcast systems, including transmitters, receivers, antennas, and audio processing equipment
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Electronics or related field
- Experience working in a radio station environment
- Knowledge of FCC regulations for radio broadcasting
