Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Porto. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project milestones are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Porto. You should also possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with different teams and stakeholders. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
In addition to managing the construction process, you will also be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, procurement of materials and equipment, as well as identifying any potential risks or challenges that may arise during the project. You must be highly organized and detail-oriented to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
