Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Porto. As the Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project budgets and control costs by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Oversee the hiring of subcontractors or other labor as needed for each project.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are being met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of contractors and subcontractors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in project management software such as Procore or Primavera P6.

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)
