Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Porto. This includes coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with all team members involved in the project
- Prepare project budgets and schedules
- Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and personnel
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Porto (accommodation included)
