Surveying Technician


We are hiring a Surveying Technician to join our team in Porto. As a Surveying Technician, you will be responsible for assisting the surveyor in conducting land surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data. This is a full-time position with no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the surveyor in conducting land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Prepare accurate measurements and data for mapping, construction, or other purposes
- Set up and operate surveying instruments and equipment
- Record field notes and data to ensure accuracy of measurements
- Analyze and interpret survey data to identify any discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with the surveyor to complete projects within deadlines
- Maintain safety standards while working on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of basic surveying principles and techniques preferred but not required
- Ability to use surveying equipment and software effectively
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to work effectively in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with visa sponsorship for international candidates.
