Entry-Level Sales Manager


As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you will join our team in Porto and be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through building strong relationships with clients. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, representing our company and products in a professional and knowledgeable manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach out to them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Results-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
