Contract Sales Manager
As a Contract Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales process for our company's products and services. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience working with international clients is preferred
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must have own visa to work in Porto
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached
- Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth
- Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets set by company management
- Communicate regularly with management on sales performance and strategy updates
